What is the least amount I
can cash out?
The minimum amount for a cash-out is $50.00, and
you may make only one cash-out every 24 hours.
But remember, when you make a withdrawal, the
bonus bucks left in your account will be reduced, depending on the amount of
cash remaining in your account. Bonus Bucks already in your Bonus Bank are also
affected.
For example: If you withdraw all cash, or leave
less than $10 cash, all Bonus Bucks are removed from your account. If you leave
$20 cash, the Bonus Bucks left in your account will be $10 Bonus Bucks.

I’m already a Playtime Bingo
player, but a new version begins to download when I log in.
We want PlayTime Bingo to be the best bingo game
you can play, so we use the latest technology and add new game features. As
soon as new updates are ready, we make them automatically available at the
login. The download may take a few moments, but it gives you all the latest
features available.
Can I play in more than one
hall at the same time?
Yes, you can play in both bingo halls. To do
this, you must enter each hall, and then set the Auto Buy option for each hall
separately. You may set the number of games you want to play and the number of
cards, depending on the card price.
I was disconnected during
a game I was playing.
If you get disconnected from the Internet in the
middle of a game, the Playtime Bingo software program automatically
re-establishes the Internet connection, logs back into the bingo game, and
directs you to the game that was interrupted, so that you can continue playing
the very same cards you were playing before the disconnect.
If you are unable to connect by the end of the
game, the next time you log in to the game the program will send you a note
that appears in the “Notes” area of the game informing you of the outcome of
the game you couldn’t finish. Since the game server continues to play your
cards for you while you are disconnected, it will award you the prize if you
have bingo for a certain card.
If you are disconnected during a bonus slots
game, the next time you log in you may continue to play that bonus game without
interruption.
How do I find out about any special offers or changes?
We notify all our players by email and/or by posting in the game.
We send newsletters to the e-mail address you have given in your account information at our site.
If you want to receive the newsletters make sure you have entered a valid e-mail address.
The newsletter is also available on www.playtimebingo.com.
Despite our best efforts we are finding it increasingly difficult to contact our players on
AOL and some other Internet service providers. If you are an AOL user, or you have not been receiving
our e-mails, this could be due to your Internet service provider blocking emails from online bingo sites.
This means you will not receive our newsletters or special promotions, and more importantly,
our support personnel will not be able to reach you when replying to your emails.
We suggest opening an alternative free email account at www.yahoo.com
or www.hotmail.com, and then update your information in the member’s area,
account information, on our homepage.
I can’t find an answer to
my question. What can I do?
If you can’t find an answer to your question on
this page, or in the full Help files, the CM in the Chat Room can often answer
the question for you. Plus, Playtime Bingo provides tech support and help for
players 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply send your question via email to help@playtimebingo.com
and someone will assist you as soon as possible.
Playing The Game
How many people will I be
playing with?
Each game will show how many players are
currently in the game. The next game should have a similar number. It will vary
depending on the time of day, the day of the week, and what specials are
offered. The number of players in the game is next to “Players” under the
number call board and can also be seen in the Halls button.
Can I chat with other players?
Yes! Simply click on the Chat button to the
bottom left of your screen to enter the chat room and meet some new friends.
There are friendly, helpful Chat Masters available 24/7 to help. You can
recognize them by the different color type and the “CM” in front of their
names. We have two chat rooms, General and Questions. The General chat room is
where you will find your fellow bingo players as well as the CM on duty. The
Questions room is sometimes used for the Tech or a CM to help players with
problems, or to explain certain software features without interrupting a chat
game that is in progress in the General chat.
So what happens if I
have a bingo?
Cards change color as you get closer to the
winning pattern. When a card is three calls away from a win, it will turn
purple, two calls away it will turn blue, one call away it will turn green, and
when you have bingo it will be red and tell you that you have a bingo. If not
on Auto Bingo, you must hit the bingo button to claim your prize, but if on
Auto Bingo, the bingo will automatically be claimed for you!! Congratulations!!
What if more than one
person bingos at the same time?
In cases where more than one player bingo’s on
the same number, the prize is split between the winning cards. If you needed
the same number on 2 cards and another player needed it on only 1, you would
get 2/3rd of the prize for that game!
What do the
colored boxes next to “Players:” mean?
Those boxes show how many players have cards
getting close to bingo. Purple shows how many players are 3 numbers from Bingo,
Blue, 2 numbers from Bingo and Green, 1 number from Bingo.
Can I daub my own cards?
Yes! Just click the Cards Auto Tab, and then be
sure Auto Daub is unchecked
Do I have to hit bingo?
If you have NOT set the Auto Bingo option, you
MUST hit bingo. To set up auto bingo, go to the Auto Tab on your screen and set
auto bingo.
Do I have to hit Play
every time?
No, not if you set up “Auto Register” in Auto.
Go to Auto on your screen and check Auto Bingo, Auto Daub, and Auto Buy, change
the amount of cards to the amount you would like to play and hit “Apply” to
save changes. You also have the option of setting the game to play only a
certain amount of games. To do this, place a check mark in the box next
to the words, "Stop after”. You can then use the up and down arrows next
to the box to set a certain number of games you would like it to play.
Can I change my cards?
When you play at PlayTime Bingo, the game
creates cards for you every time you log in. In between games you can change
just one card by clicking on the card and then the Change Card button directly
under your cards, or if you wish, you can click the Change All button to
replace all of your cards with new ones.
I just won a Jackpot!!
Now what?
Congratulations! Jackpots can be cashed out
using any of the available withdrawal methods. Be sure to leave enough in your
account to allow you to play for a few more days while your winnings are
expedited to you.
You may also want to consider leaving money in
your account for future play. Many players do this, and some go on to play and
win even more. If you elect to cash out all your winnings, please stop
playing until your Cash out is processed. Cash outs can take up to 12 hours but
are usually done in minutes, depending on the method you chose to use to
receive your Cash out.
How is the prize money
determined?
The cash prize is based on the number of cards
in play during the previous game. A share of that cash total goes toward the
prize for the following game and towards the jackpot. The more cards that
players play, the bigger the prize. Jackpots are progressive so they keep
growing until they are won. Some games, however, have fixed prizes and fixed
jackpots.
Specials, Chat Games and Bonus Bucks
How can I play the
Chat Games?
We play a variety of chat games throughout the
day. You must be in chat in the Main Hall to play the chat games. All chat
games and rules are posted on the web site www.playtimebingo.com
under Chat Specials. You can also access the chat specials from your game by
clicking on the Schedule button and then Chat Specials on the page that
appears. When in chat, hover your mouse cursor over the game name at the top of
the chat screen and the full game description will appear. If you have any
questions, be sure to ask the CM for help.

You can earn BB’s by introducing your friends to our game, by winning various
contests or just by being in chat and playing our special games. Bonus

What are Bonus
Clovers?
We like to reward players for playing at
PlayTime Bingo, and the Bonus Clover game is one way we bonus all of our
players. Here's how you play: You'll notice a group of 10 clovers on
your game screen for you to collect. You collect a clover based on cards that
you played that did not win bingo. When you have collected all the
cloverson the screen, you win a bonus!
After you have collected ten clovers, three gems will be displayed on your
screen…you choose one to reveal your bonus!
Please note: the number of cards required to
collect a clover is set by the server, and will vary from game to game.
What happens to my
bonus bucks if I change my name during a special?
If you change your name before your bonus bucks
are credited, they may not be credited to your account. Please be sure you have
received all bonus bucks owed to you before changing your name. Please notify
the CM right away if you changed your name and did not receive your bonus
bucks, so that they can credit your bonus.
What is the Bonus
Bank?
When the number of deposit, referral and chat
game bonuses exceeds a specific limit (more than 150% of your total deposits),
the excess Bonus Bucks are deposited into the Bonus Bank and the amount is
displayed below your Credits. In order to use the Bonus Bucks stored in the
bank, you must make a deposit to your player account. Please note that if the
number of Bonus Bucks in the Bonus Bank is zero, the Bonus Bank will not appear
on the playing window.
